My Scout Team

Oh yes! Our school extra co-curriculum is starting. For some teachers, this may be an extra work. But for me? I love it...especially when I am appointed as the scout advisor. I was a scout member since primary school until form 6. I obtained many scout badges through many participations and tests. When I joined the school, I did not tell anybody about my background. I just kept quiet. However, it must be my luck that the school chose me to be the scout advisor.

The first scout meeting today went well. But the bad part was, the students did not know how to march. Hahaha.. I guess I have a lot of work to do. Hope fully this year, we will be one of the best scout team in Simunjan Division. Uh! Can't wait for another meeting.

Hi Willie. What does your school extra curriculum entail? Volunteer work? The schools in the U.S. are implementing required out of school activities which will look good on college applications. This requires students to do a bunch of volunteer work for the community.

RoseBelle > It consists of scouts, police cadet, fire brigade and sports clubs. We don't do volunteer work for the community.

I was active in scouting when I was in the elementary, but I didn't like sleeping over outdoors.

It's cool to be an advisor, eh?
