During my free time, I would love to take a break at the canteen and join a bunch of male friends drinking coffee and eat 2 sets of "Roti Kahwin" or toasted bread. So far, when sitting with male companions, who are younger than me, they enjoy talking about school work, sports, hobbies and studies which in turn, I will show great interest in their conversations. And sometimes, we tell jokes. Telling jokes is indeed fun and it is one of the ways to unwind yourself from all the hard work in school, but what if goes down to a "dirty talk"?
I may be wrong, but most of my friends do admit that a "dirty talk" is always initiated by middle-age men. It might be a hasty conclusion but I am sure you have heard an adage "Kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga" which is translated as "due to a drop of salt, a whole bucket of milk is spoilt" hehehehe...my own translation la....not necessarily to be correct. It means, just because one or two middle-age men talk dirty, the whole group is labeled as dirty talkers.
Probably you think that it is alright to make a "dirty joke" and say "it is a joke what? it is okay to make people laugh and you need to take it easy", but what if it is too extreme? Here are some examples of "dirty talk" I have listened to and I did not enjoy them at all. Sorry it has to be in Sarawak dialect to preserve the authenticity of the conversation:
Old man: Ish...gatal narr peley aku tok eh! Sik pat lah malam tok? melior jak aku kelak!
Old man: Sik guna kawu banyak duit...bagus kawu makey duit kawu ya pergi ngamput induk kat KL nun.
Old man: Iboh ngembak bini bah. Kelak mun kawu udah tua, expired peley kawu ya!
It becomes more inappropriate when the person/s they dare to say it in front of female colleagues. Well..of course, I would laugh since it is funny but then, I think those phrases should not be spoken out.
It makes me wonder the reason behind making this "dirty talk". To get attention? To make more friends? or to it is just a mid life crisis? The truth is, the negative implications are one will have less friends in school especially among the ladies and secondly, that person will be labeled as a pervert.
I strongly believe that a conversation should be clean and jokes should be moderate. We need to remember that "dirty talks" is not our norm and most family institutions in Malaysia still sees it as a taboo. What more to say in religion?
An excerpt taken from Ephesians 4:29 (Holy Bible)
Think before we talk. Hehehe... 18 SX huh?

i would say, its bad. really bad. and i dont even enjoy anyone talking rubbish like that... respect anyone around. its not even funny when it is too much
yup..i tend to avoid those who enjoy and ALWAYS talking dat way..., things dat they said show wats on their mind & dat scares me!
It's good to be mindful of words that we speak. Life and death are in the words of the tongue.
I only talk about dirty with my girl friends. We talk about dirty laundry, dirty dishes.
It is too dangerous to talk dirt with opposite gender, because they may think that we are giving him hint.
Gilbert :It is really bad. Agree with you. We need to respect other people.
BB :YEs. I believe the talks coincide with their mind. hahaha
MeiTeng :True.
GhostyNana :hahaha...notty.
No idea what the conversation was about as I can't speak Sarawak. In all workplaces in the U.S., employers prohibit employees from talking about anything that is considered as dirty talks because it may be deemed as sexual harassment. Someone who hears the joke may take it offensively and sue the employer. We have many cases whereby employees sue the company because they felt they were sexually harassed.
wow..amazing dirty talk.. i ever join too with my friends in school..hehehe but im not the one who like to talk dirty talk..
bro, the conversation that u quoted memang terribly dirty lah tu...with all those 'p' & 'n' words.
there are the lite version or the double meaning version.
ehehhe...ada betul padah willie..byk betul...tapi kalau orang marah lagi susah..lagi kotor ayat2 diaorg...bukan setakat gurauan...hmm...aku pun kadang2 terlepas..opss..kantoi!
I normally stay away from those who enjoys bad joke. Often I find them lacking respect for themselves and others.
Certainly not my group of friends. Hmmm...
Aiya, I am 17, cannot read leh...ha ha ha!
Actually I don't understand the dialect lah! LOL!
dirty talk? at times we need it..hehe
RoseBelle :Oh yeah...sexual harassment can leads to a jail.
Hafiz :Good for you.
BigMomma :Yeah...agak terlampau la org tuh.
Norris :Terlepas cakap okay. jangan disengajakan.
HoneyBuZZ :That's why the ladies dislike him/them.
Pete :ahaks. Sorry dude.
Wenn :Moderately.
It really depends on how "Dirty" the talk is.
Sometimes, amongst friends, we DO create so called "Dirty" jokes... just for the kicks. But some sirty talks are uncalled for. i do agree with that.
Maybe the crux here is the word "Respect"? i believe, with respect, there are less "Dirty" talk flying around. No? :)
Dirty talks pada usia cemya nang byk berlaku.. Kadang2 miak remaja pun leh angol juak nengarnya.... haha...
They should think twice before talking.

I don't take interest in dirty jokes especially like one you give as example. It's way too rude for my liking.
I am also irritated by those who likes to constantly talk about his/her sexual activity or of other people's.
dirty talk is inappropriate in almost all situations
dirty talks seem very disrespectful and inappropriate in public places and at all times.
That kind of dirty talk like your example is totally "dirty and rude". i do dirty talk wif my friends (only between guys) but very light one and NOT up to the extend like that (use censorship one)from my experience those kind of "exposed" conversation mostly done by those adults who living their life womanizing and cheating their wives

I still remember there was once my friend and I were having lunch (college time). 2 mid aged man walked in and asked to join our table since the coffeeshop was packed. Then they started to tease up by saying they are MBA (Married but Available) and bla bla bla...making us wanna puke. what a terrible lunch we had that day!
And that 2 Dirty old man even ordered barley iced for us "Yi mai shuet" (cantonese). and said in english it sounded like EAT MY SHIT! Regretted that we did not SLAP their face. sigh....we just walk off after finishing our lunch without even munching properly. Luckily no indigestion. haha
better to avoid those styffs to steer out of trouble too
MnHL :Sounds like a jerk to me. Hahaha
Ayie :Oh yes!
