Trip to Entanggor Village

Our last school holiday was exciting although tiring. We went to an Iban longhouse in Entanggor, Sarawak. There were around 100 of us, consisted of young and old people. Some went there by boat, especially those who were not fit for hiking. I chose to hike since it's the nature that I was interested in. We had to park our car at the nearest Iban village (sorry, I couldn't remember the name)
(The Ibans here were friendly to us. They allowed us to park our car at their compound)
(During our hiking, we discovered many rivers. I drank the water and thank goodness! I did not get stomach ache)
(The journey was long, it took us two hours to get there. No wonder this guy, Mr. Boniface, looked serious. Hehehe)
(And whalla! these two were young girls. Of course! their stamina is greater than mine)
(We had to wait for people who were left behind)
(The walk in the jungle in a group was really fun. We were not bored)
(Some of the ladies were busy collecting fruits. They call it as "Berangan" fruits)
(Hahaha...they were smilling because the journey had not really started)
(Oh man! Mr Christopher was really really tired)

After two hours journey to the centre of the jungle, we finally reached the longhouse. Will be back for the story. See yeah!

It's pretty embarrasing to admit that I haven't done much REAL trekking in my life.

I wanna do it someday. ^_^

You sure had a good workout on your hike! I've tried hiking twice only and it was really tiresome but at the same time, a good cardio work-out. Not to mention, sore legs the next day because of the physical toll hiking has on your body.
