The Magic Frying Pan

Last week, we were visited by a group of salespersons (and I wonder why many salespersons choose to sell things to teachers). They came to our office promoting a magic frying pan. They claimed that the frying pan can cook anything healthily because it extracts oil and fat from meat and we can cook and bake anything (vege, seafood, nuggets, cake) without oil. Gee...I cannot imagine how a food taste like without cooking oil.

I did not listen to them or participate in the demo because I believe that there are other ways to keep healthy without having to spend a large sum of money. Another reason is, I believe in traditional healthcare, which are... exercise an eat supplementary food. But, one thing for sure, I hate it when salespersons come to us while we are working. We only work half a day and we really need to get our job done during our limited time. I am more annoyed when a salesperson is pushy and keep on asking me about my personal life. Their tactic is, when they know our personal life, they will use it to persuade us more. There was once when a saleperson asked me too much questions about my family and I told him "I refuse to answer you. Why should I tell a stranger about my family?" Gee...I was really pissed off at that time.

What about you?

But then, who gave them the green light to do the demo during office (or school hours)?
For me, I avoid all the salespersons.

lina :I had the same question too.

Pete :That flying pan should be thrown to those salespersons. Hahaha

Ivynana :Hehehe...I am.

CathJ :Hehehe...what to do right?

manglish :Oh they still do.

Casper :I think direct selling like this is really irritating. However, i still accept the fact that they are just doing their job.

Reanaclaire :Actually, it cost RM1,200.
