Entering the village

The journey to Kpg Entanggor was long and tiring. As we reached the village, I saw a few women were already busy cooking for us. They cooked delicious meals for us. I must thank them for welcoming us with food and drinks. Nothing makes a man happy than having a stomach full of food right?
(The women waiting for our arrival patiently)
(We were invited to wait at their multipurpose hall)
(Some of the participants were already there and tired. I am amazed that the old lady sitting there was among the first to arrive this kampung)
(Before we can enter the longhouse, we were greeted by beautiful Iban girls, with their traditional costumes)
(They also played traditional music at the entrance)

I am truly amazed by their hospitality. Of course, visiting a village like this we need to respect their culture.

They seem to be such welcoming villagers which, of course, makes the trip so worthwhile no matter how difficult the journey was. I bet their fresh homecooking was delicious too.

Looks like a cultivating visit! It is always nice to go to a place where all friendliness is around, the relaxation, the culture of different people. Really nice :).
