Sometimes, if the time of day and lighting isn't good, I would rather not shoot than just shooting for the sake of having a photo of a particular place or something. Sadly, some people don't understand me..but it's okay. I just shoot what I want to.
Boring is not the matter..it's the love and interest of photography is important..any objects is unique hehe...
na, keep it for stock photos, you might need them someday..

there are colors that stand out among the dull background. sometimes those small things give life already to photos
