SMK Kuching High In Rubbles

It is more challenging to be a teacher today as compared to years back. Not only teachers have to cope with the poor academic achievement of students but the greatest will be, students' poor attitude.

Today, many teachers complain that they are being threatened, insulted and ridiculed by students they taught. These problems are common in town schools. A few of my friends, who are teachers, told me many gruesome stories at school. A headmaster I knew in La Salle School Klang, in 2000, got her car torched by student, another friend of mine in SMK Arang Road now was cursed daily by her students with the word "Cibai" etc.

Some schools like SMK Arang Road and SMK Sg Tapang had to call the police every friday and on the last day of school because they fear that students will vandalize the school property or cause geng fight. Now let's ponder about this case that happened on 2 December 2008:

SMK Kuching High was torched at 1.05 Pm. The cause of fire was still unknown. What do you think is the cause? This school is quite well known for its disciplinary problem too. Do you think that it is merely an accident?

It cud be an accident, or it cud be a premeditated 'accident'. But look on the bright side of things... they get to have a new block.

abg Sardon > Yes. I read that their students are sad about this. I'm glad that the government promised to rebuild the school.

One other > yes. Other than Kuching High, another school in Kuching, SJK Chung Hwa 4th mile was also burnt few years back. Now they got a new school.

Miss Moon > No problem.

Anonymous > No. I live nearby the school. MBA is for everybody bro. It's a good course. Opening your eyes to the local and world economy.

We can'ts speculate on the fire yet - it could be an accident. Other than that, cannot say, nanti masuk court :)
